What an experience! It’s been my dream to own a Rolex and Jesse made it happen. Being fairly new to watch world I had no idea how difficult it is for anyone to get their hands on one. I went all around DFW and visited multiple AD’s, but they didn’t even bother giving me a chance. From day one Jesse was always personable and very professional. I live in Dallas and went to the ADs in Highland Park Village several times. Maybe there are too many rich men in Dallas, I never get the necessary respect. Either suggest that I have to buy a bunch of other things first, or told me that you are not an "old friend"., Until I got an invitation from a hotel in Southlake. Very occasionally, I walked around this store. Ms. India provided me with patient and friendly service due to my English is not good. The store inherits the manner and service from Europe. My wife and I had a perfect experience, although it took one hour to drive each time. Today I received my new Rolex, which is undoubtedly the best Thanksgiving gift. In particular, India gave me chocolates from Belgium, which reminded my memories about the handmade chocolates I had in Brussels before. Strong recommend!

This was my first visit to Pieter Andries. And WOW! I have been to many Jeweler's and Watch stores since first becoming a fan of watches about 7 years ago, and I have to say today was BY FAR the best retail experience I have EVER had hands down EVER. Carrie and the team are FANTASTIC! They made the experience so special for us. And everything there really is made on site and is one of a kind which makes it extra special.
